We are sisters and have always shared the same passion for baking. We have been inspired by our Mother, Ann and Grandmother, Nancy, who were always baking and treating us to lovely cakes, pies and biscuits to name a few.

Elize is our baker and baking is her passion. Elize can perfect any flavour to create delicious, moist cakes, biscuits, and brownies and flap jacks. She can turn these into almost and shape or colour. Elize’s favourite cupcake flavour is raspberry and white chocolate. Elize has a food management degree and now uses her skills to teach Home Economics in a secondary school.

Sally is the designer and she brings the glamour to our cakes and cookies with fine details and perfection. Sally turns the delicious tastes into edible works of art. Her favourite flower to create is roses, She is always trying out new designs, whilst keeping up with children’s popular television characters thanks to her own little boys.  Sally has a qualification in sugar craft.
